Summary

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll join a supportive Payroll team and learn how to deliver an accurate and efficient payroll service. You'll receive structured training, dedicated study time and mentoring from experienced payroll professionals while developing your knowledge of payroll legislation, systems and processes.
What you'll be doing
You'll support the day-to-day administration of payroll, including processing employee information, maintaining accurate records, assisting with payroll queries and helping ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and on time.
As your knowledge develops, you'll gain exposure to payroll legislation, statutory payments, HMRC processes and payroll reporting, building the skills needed for a successful long-term career in payroll.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and numerically confident
- Organised and able to manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Interested in building a career in payroll
Previous experience in an administrative, HR, finance or payroll environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
