Freedom has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Fuse Upgrades Team based in Washington. This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the successful delivery of essential works across our Northern Powergrid contracts.

Working as part of a busy team, you will play a key role in coordinating customer communications, supporting operational delivery, and ensuring client systems are kept up to date.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
  • Contact customers to arrange appointments for planned works.
  • Send customer communications and updates via email and other channels.
  • Liaise with subcontractors regarding workbanks, scheduling, and planned activities.
  • Undertake customer feedback calls to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Update client systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support operational teams with administrative requirements as needed.
  • Assist colleagues across the wider team during busy periods.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with company procedures and client requirements.
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within utilities, construction, engineering, or a scheduling environment.
  • Experience using client management systems or databases.
  • Previous experience liaising with subcontractors or operational teams.
