Location: Catterick (Office-Based)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £26,000 + Flexible Benefits
Freedom has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support the new OHL (301) division based in Catterick, working closely with the LV/HV OHL team and EHV OHL team. This is an office-based role requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Please note: Driving is essential due to limited public transport in the area.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
- Input weekly timesheets.
- Request and collate safe dig packs.
- Assist with streetworks permits.
- Collate weekly work packs.
- Support fleet manager with maintaining the fleet tracker.
- Maintain plant tracker for the finance manager.
- Raise purchase orders for site, office, and subcontractors.
- Arrange plant hire, fuel deliveries, and relocations to new sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
